Putting You in Control LTC Guard answers these questions by letting you decide which benefits and features are important to you. You can choose nursing and assisted living facility care, or Home and Community Based Care (HCBC)1 if you wish to stay at home. Nursing Care Benefit pays a daily benefit for each day of Nursing Care you receive at a Nursing Care or Assisted Living Facility2. Nursing Care coverage also includes the following:
